Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
At AFTRCLD, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the product and print provider.
Shipping times: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Spain & EU: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays: As products are made to order, please allow extra time during peak seasons. AFTRCLD is not responsible for delays caused by Printify's production partners or shipping carriers.
Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll work with Printify to resolve it.
