RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At AFTRCLD, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

Return window: You have 48 hours from the moment you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Process: To start a return, contact us at aftrcld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use or that do not meet the conditions above.
